The Opportunity

We are seeking a talented Business Development and Strategy Graduate to commence in January 2027. Graduates will join the Boeing Defence Australia Graduate Program in Brisbane in a permanent full-time position, providing a solid career foundation from day one.

Our Business Development & Strategy (BD&S) Team play a key role in driving new business based on cutting-edge solutions for the world's leading aerospace company. The work that Boeing does contributes to aviation and aerospace products, technologies and services that make a difference in the lives of people around the world.

As a Business Development and Strategy Graduate you will:

• Work closely with the BD&S team, and our partners, to support the capture of new opportunities for Boeing

• Coordinate proposal management, plans and schedules for customer campaigns
• Work closely with multi-disciplinary campaign teams to support development of proposal structure and content including proposal writing and graphics
• Communicate effectively with industry, internal stakeholders, and senior team members, fostering positive relationships and collaboration through clear communication and transparency

Your attitude, motivation, willingness to learn and ability to self-task under supervision will determine your success in our team!

Education

Tertiary degree qualification in Business, Commerce, Communications, Economics, Finance, Journalism, Law, Marketing or Project Management (or anticipated graduation before January 2027)

Eligibility

Applicants must be Australian Citizens to meet Defence security requirements.
