About the Role
Are you a strategic finance professional looking to move beyond the numbers and into a role of genuine commercial influence? We are seeking an experienced a Finance Business Partner to lead the financial and commercial side of the Wedgetail Sustainment Program based at RAAF Base Williamtown. The Wedgetail platform provides a critical defence capability to the Royal Australian Air Force and the Commonwealth of Australia.
You'll manage a Cost-Plus contract, lead a team of six and work directly with the Program Leadership Team and work closely with the Commonwealth of Australia (CoA) customer.
You will lead the development of quarterly Estimates At Completion (EAC) to present directly to the BDA CFO, collaborate annually with the CoA Customer to shape the 10-year Defence Management and Finance Plan (DMFP) and manage the annual DMFP budget.
