The Opportunity
The Boeing MQ-28 - Ghost Bat is a globally significant program delivering disruptive advantage to support Defence operational capabilities. Developed in partnership with the Royal Australian Air Force, it is the first military combat aircraft to be designed, manufactured and assembled in Australia in 50 years. In line with the global ambitions of the aircraft it is also the first (and currently only) CCA globally to fly outside of the country in which it was designed.
MQ-28 is expanding globally with international customers and international design and partner network. These ambitions require a Global Digital Ecosystem that facilitates an extensible global system enabling collaboration between internal and external stakeholders (Military, Suppliers, Customers) based on trusted, governed and secure data.
With a high ownership drive you will define and lead the evolution of a capability-based MQ-28 Global Digital Ecosystem. Sitting within the Futures area of the Program Integration Office you will collaborate broadly across the MQ-28 programme and leverage the wider local and global Boeing organisations for strategic outcomes including ensuring the delivered architecture and, by extension, system is secure, adhering to export-compliant digital architectures and solution patterns that enable global design collaboration. You will be comfortable handling ambiguity, the macro level challenges of digital transformation and understanding the practicalities between strategy and implementation. You will also be able to communicate effectively within a complex organisation to both technical and executive stakeholders to progress the outcome.
Key responsibilities
