The Opportunity
Boeing Defence Australia (BDA) is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist - Performance Based Logistics Operator to join the AH-64 Apache sustainment and support team.
Program overview
The AH-64E Apache program provides advanced attack helicopter capability to the Australian Defence Force, enabling precision strike, armed reconnaissance and close air support. This program sustains a critical combat capability, supports interoperability with coalition partners, and underpins Australia's land and joint operations.

What you'll get to do
- Act as the dedicated focal for Performance Base Logistics transactional requirements.
- Deliver Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and Performance Based Logistics (PBL) benefits to stakeholders through effective supply chain methodologies.
- Provide logistics support for aircraft acquisition through to sustainment operations.
- Identify and resolve customer supply chain issues and discrepancies.
- Work with stakeholders across program to deliver supply chain strategies.
- Ensure import and export requirements are met and compliant with Global Trade Controls.
- Support the development of mitigation plans to avoid risk and resolve issues impacting the supply chain.
- Support the warehouse teams in receipting activity's.
Who we're looking for
- Demonstrated 5 years + experience in Defence aerospace/Foreign Military Sales (FMS) supply chain management
- Experience in Defence warehousing and distribution systems and methodologies
- A working knowledge of the Australian Defence Force Electronic Supply Chain Manual or Similar and the application of
- A strong working knowledge of Defence Aviation Logistic IT systems
- The ability to work within a team
- Excellent interpersonal and emotional intelligence
