The Opportunity
Boeing Defence Australia (BDA) is seeking a Support System Analyst to join the AH-64 Apache sustainment to develop the future of the training system architecture. In this role you will - Support the AHSPO Integrated Product Support to acquire, introduce into service, support and sustain all AH-64E Apache training devices and systems.
Program overview
The AH-64E Apache program provides advanced attack helicopter capability to the Australian Defence Force, enabling precision strike, armed reconnaissance and close air support. This program sustains a critical combat capability, supports interoperability with coalition partners, and underpins Australia's land and joint operations.

- Be part of a multi-disciplinary team delivering hands-on maintenance, systems engineering, supply and test activities with direct operational impact.
What you'll get to do
- Support the AHSPO Integrated Product Support to acquire, introduce into service, support and sustain all AH-64E Apache training devices and systems.
- Develop and maintain fielding plans, Integrated Logistics Support Instructions and any associated databases and procedures.
- Manage the configuration of Apache training devices and systems and record any differences between training devices and live aircraft.
- Coordinate the Fundamental Inputs into Capability (FIC) necessary to field, support and sustain AH-64E Apache training devices and systems.
- Works under general direction to coordinate and conduct product and subsystem level technical design reviews and audits for new and derivative products related to training devices.
- Performs routine analysis of product trades and/or changes and assists in the development of change proposals related to training devices.
- Develop and review technical packages relating to training device configuration.
- Conduct technical information review where required in support of training devices.
- Desirable: Capable of attaining AASB Engineering Authority: Logistics Engineer
Who we're looking for
- Essential: 5+ years in a relevant role associated with training systems, product management, aviation maintenance, aviation engineering, aviation logistics or aviation training.
- Desirable: AQF 4 - Cert IV in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering
