About the role
The ACEA program provides in service support, sustainment and upgrades for electronic attack and self-protection systems that protect Australias combat aircraft and aircrew. This capability enhances survivability in contested environments, supports operational readiness, and enables integration with coalition systems and tactics.
Boeing Defence Australia (BDA) is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join the Air Combat Electronic Attack Support Contract (ACEA) Integration Team and help shape the future of our efficiency, improvement, and optimisation program. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering meaningful outcomes that support the Royal Australian Air Force's F/A-18F Super Hornet and EA-18G Growler fleet.
You will lead the management of a high-impact continuous improvement program, drive innovation and ensure our shared vision for ongoing performance improvement is delivered through a unified management framework.
Working closely with ACEA enterprise partners, you will actively identify, document, track, and deliver efficiencies and improvements across a diverse customer base, helping to strengthen capability and create lasting value.
