About the role Boeing's Helicopter Aircrew System (HATS) is a world-leading training program that is preparing the Australian Defence Force's next generation of helicopter aircrew for future combat and humanitarian missions. BDA is seeking a Senior Technical Officer - Structural/Mechanical to join our Helicopter Aircrew Training System (HATS) Program based at Swartz Barracks, Oakey, QLD. This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of Army rotary-wing aircraft systems and sustainment support, and who is looking to contribute to the continued airworthiness and operational capability of the EC-135 helicopter fleet. You will play a key role in supporting the training and continuation flying requirements of the Australian Army. As a Senior Technical Officer - Structural/Mechanical, you will work as part of a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team to support the HATS EC-135 fleet. Your responsibilities will include:
