About the role BDA provides aircraft maintenance and upgrades, component maintenance solutions, technical support, mission-critical infrastructure support and training on some of the most capable surveillance, command, control, and combat platforms in the world for the Australian Defence Force Our sustainment and training services includes the E-7A Wedgetail, P-8A Poseidon, F/A-18F Super Hornet, EA-18G Growler, CH-47F Chinook, C-17A Globemaster and the Airbus EC-135 as part of the Helicopter Aircrew Training System. In all, the company supports fleet reliability, availability and capability for more than 40% of the ADF's aircraft types. We are seeking an experienced EHS Execution Lead to join the Sustainment Operations EHS team, based in Amberley with occasional travel to other program sites. This role is responsible for supporting the implementation and continual improvement of the Boeing EHS Management System across Sustainment Operations. Working under the direction of the EHS Operations Manager, you will help plan and deliver EHS programs and processes to support compliance and maintain a safe, healthy work environment.
