The Opportunity
Boeing Defence Australia (BDA) is seeking a Maintenance Controller to join the AH-64 Apache sustainment and support team.
Program overview
The AH-64E Apache program provides advanced attack helicopter capability to the Australian Defence Force, enabling precision strike, armed reconnaissance and close air support. This program sustains a critical combat capability, supports interoperability with coalition partners, and underpins Australia's land and joint operations.

What you'll get to do
- Under the ARTOPS they control the daily maintenance effort through the allocation of tasks to individual FRTs. This also includes amending the maintenance plan due to unscheduled maintenance.
- MO Planning Timeframe. From current day to one week.
- MO Duties:
- Responsible for allocation and briefing of tasks to Part 145 FRT IAW endorsed maintenance plan.
- Manage allocation of aircraft to Flight Line FRT.
- Allocation of priorities for unscheduled maintenance IAW OOTD (Order of the Day - Flying Schedule) and flog rate
- Responsible for daily liaison, including maintenance advice, with the Battle Captain .
- Arrange aircraft priority for UMTP through BC.
- Review the aircraft serviceability and prioritisation of tasks to meet the REGT Flog Rate.
- Coordinate the transfer of aircraft between Part 145 and Flight Line FRTs.
- Brief the daily aircraft availability to the flying brief.
Who we're looking for
- Experience with CAMM2 (desirable)
- Experience with fleet planning tools (desirable)
- Previous aircraft trades experience.
