The P-8A Poseidon Australia program equips the Royal Australian Air Force with a world-class maritime patrol and reconnaissance capability. This program significantly boosts Australia's ability to monitor and protect critical sea lines of communication, deter regional threats, and contribute to multinational maritime security operations.
Boeing Defence Australia (BDA) is currently seeking an Integrated Logistics Support Manager (ILSM) to join the P8 team.

What you'll get to do
- Assisting with planning, management and reporting for the S&SP and component MRO&U work streams.
- Providing guidance on processes and procedures that underpin ILS delivery.
- Supporting the management of stakeholder relationships (CASG, SRG, AFHQ, industry partners) and help coordinate priorities and resources.
- Provide support to AIC objectives (BDA and Commonwealth) and NAVSUP functions.
- If required by the Commonwealth, provided inputs into the development of the CAF35 Future Sustainment Costs (FSC) model.
What skills/experience you will have
- Demonstrated leadership qualities and ability to exert influence at multiple organisational levels.
- Experience and demonstrated skills in managing teams within a matrix environment.
- A sound understanding ILS principles and the application of those principles in delivering a sustainable capability.
- Demonstrated ability to apply critical thinking and analysis to the resolution of complex capability delivery issues.
- Self-starter with initiative and advanced problem-solving skills.
- (Desired) a logistics or technical background in the Defence environment with strong data management and analytical skills.
