Role purpose

The HR Coordinator — Health and Wellbeing provides administrative and operational support to the Health and Wellbeing team, ensuring timely and accurate coordination of employee medical monitoring, processing of related financial administration, data management, and liaison with employees, managers and external providers. The role will also support our HR Operations team to deliver a range of HR Services.

Key responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule employee medical monitoring appointments
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external providers to coordinate services and ensure high-quality delivery
  • Manage Purchase Orders and receipt of invoices related to health and wellbeing services
  • Receive, review and manage medical monitoring results received from providers
  • Maintain and manage accurate data entry and support regular reporting on trends and other metrics
  • Respond to queries from Managers and employees regarding upcoming medical monitoring, results processes, scheduling, and follow-up requirements
  • Support the Health & Wellbeing team with audits, process improvements and ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
  • Provide a range of administrative support to the HR Operations team

Skills and Experience

  • Experience in a HR administration/Coordinator role, occupational health administration, or a similar role
  • Strong organisational skills with proven ability to manage competing priorities and scheduling tasks
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact sensitively with a range of stakeholders
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel skills for spreadsheet management and reporting)
  • Process-driven with a continuous improvement mindset
  • Experience maintaining sensitive and confidential records and data reporting
  • Relevant qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, Occupational Health & Safety, or related field preferred
