The Opportunity
We are seeking a talented person to support the world class Air Combat Electronic Attack capability provided by the F/A-18F Super Hornet and EA-18G Growler.
This person will lead a team of specialist practitioners across a range of disciplines, including environmental degradation management, reliability, maintenance requirements determination, fleet‑health monitoring and investigation, specialist platform systems, installed explosive ordnance, combat survivability, weapon system database management, and aircrew and technical publications management.
The successful candidate should understand Life‑of‑Type value considerations and how multiple disciplines integrate and collaborate to optimise asset availability. Key to this role is the ability to think laterally and collaborate with your multidisciplinary team to identify issues and removing barriers in order to develop optimal Life‑of‑Type solutions.
