The Opportunity

The Boeing MQ-28A Ghost Bat is a globally significant program that will deliver a disruptive advantage in airborne missions. Developed in partnership with the Royal Australian Air Force, it is the first military combat aircraft to be designed, manufactured and assembled in Australia in 50 years.

We have an excellent opportunity for a talented and experienced Training Administrator to join our training team and support the execution of the MQ-28 Program training. You will work with training professionals and leaders to maintain the program Learning Management System (LMS) and manage the overall training administration for the MQ-28 team.

Responsibilities

Your exceptional training administration skills enable you to excel in a challenging role within a unique environment. Responsibilities include:

  • Provide ongoing training support to all LMS users across the program
  • Overall responsibility for the management and maintenance of the program LMS
  • Support personnel in training-related change management activities by gathering information, inputting data and ensuring the accuracy of data files
  • Review schedule performance data and generate metrics to ensure the schedule is on plan
  • Ensure overall compliance with mandatory and program-specific training
  • Schedule training and support the delivery of courses, including organizing facilities, instructional staff, catering and training resources
  • Liaise with stakeholders, suppliers, learners and instructional staff to ensure efficient, effective, and timely delivery of training
  • Work with customer representatives and program stakeholders to define training requirements for their teams.

Experience/Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with high attention to detail and exceptional organizational abilities
  • Experience managing and maintaining accurate training records for multiple teams within a highly functioning, fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated proficiency in administering a Learning Management System (LMS) and developing processes and procedures to support it
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop policies, procedures and workflows that drive efficiencies.
  •  Experience in configuration management of training records and implementing configuration management support systems
  • A proactive approach to troubleshooting technical issues and problems, with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Formal tertiary qualifications and experience in training and assessment roles are desirable
  • NV1 clearance or ability to obtain it.
