We currently employ more than 2,500 people across 14 sites in Australia and three international locations and have a range of opportunities available as we plan for future growth.

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to help us take the MQ-28 Ghost Bat to a global market. Working as part of Boeing Defence Australia's Business Development and Strategy Team, you'll work hand in glove with key MQ-28 stakeholders and Commonwealth counterparts to design and execute campaigns to take Ghost Bat to a global market.

  • Act as the Capture Team Lead, leading cross-functional capture teams to market MQ-28 and develop proposals for specific opportunities
  • Lead all aspects of business capture for assigned opportunities from inception through to contract execution including the development of capture strategy
  • Manage campaigns, including budgets, in accordance with Boeing's business acquisition processes

To be successful you will ideally have:

  • Experience in business development and capture
  • Experience using modelling and simulation / operational analysis to shape customer requirements and solution development

Applicants must be Australian Citizens to meet defence security requirements.
