The Opportunity

We are seeking a Finance Leadership Team Graduate/Analyst to join our Brisbane team.

What you can expect from this assignment:

  • Direct exposure to the CFO and Finance Leadership Team;
  • An opportunity to gain knowledge and understanding of how BDA Finance operates;
  • Exposure to Finance Strategy development and implementation;
  • Flexible work roster and hours (work days/hours can be spread across the week to suit study commitments).

The key responsibilities of the role will involve:

  • Co-ordination of the Boeing Defence Australia Business Performance Council (BPC) Pack
  • Co-ordination of Boeing Australia Holdings Board Meeting charts
  • Support and Co-ordination of FLT meetings
  • Finance Newsletter support for CFO inputs
  • Support FLT and AsiaPac ad-hoc requests/data call outs
  • Support Finance strategic initiatives and track status
  • Support and co-ordination of finance offsites/events
  • Support finance executive visitor travel arrangements
  • Develop 12 month finance plan/calendar
  • Co-ordinate any Core LT block party preparation for the CFO including recognitions
  • Preparation of Finance People Metrics (headcount, retention, overtime etc.)
  • Preparation of Talent Management Meetings Agendas and presentations
  • Co-ordination and support to Quarterly Talent People Forums
  • Management of Finance DL's, Group Mailbox and Drive access requests
  • Manage Finance SharePoint and BDA Intranet updates for Finance
  • Other ad-hoc duties as required in FP&A or other areas of Finance.

To be successful in this role you will have/be:

  • Recently graduated or graduating in 2025 in accounting, business or commerce disciplines.
  • A “Can Do” attitude and an interest in expanding your knowledge in Finance
  • Highly motivated with demonstrated time management skills.
