The Opportunity
We are seeking a Product Support Contract Deliverable focal to work in a dynamic team. You will be supporting the Battlespace Communication System (BCS) Program, a next generation networking product that is the centerpiece for multiple projects and campaigns. The BCS combines both developmental and off the shelf hardware and software to provide world leading communications capability for ADF personnel. It can be rapidly deployed from anywhere, and its modular design provides a flexible, scalable solution that can be customized for various mission needs.
The Product Support Contract Deliverable Focal will lead key activities in the integrated support program, focusing on contract deliverables, support system analysis, provisioning, technical data, and maintenance training for deployed communications systems. Providing support and training to your staff constitutes a key function of this role. This role involves collaboration with various stakeholders, including internal teams and government staff.
