This opportunity ensures you will be using your QA engineering skills to make a meaningful contribution developing capabilities in support of our National Intelligence Community partner the Australian Signals Directorate - ASD. Enjoy working and collaborating with the team 5 days a week on site.

Your day-to-day role will include:

  • Developing and documenting stakeholder requirements for software development projects
  • Collaborating with Software Engineers for task delivery
  • Implementing automated Integration and end-to-end tests for verification and validation
  • System design including logical modelling and interface definitions
  • Work within a cross-functional team utilising Scrum methodology
  • Guiding and mentoring of junior engineers

Desirable Skills and Experience

  • Experience in Scrum methodology and the software development lifecycle
  • Experience in release planning
  • Experience in creating test automation frameworks using tools such as Selenium Webdriver & Cypress etc
  • Proven experience in Software QA
  • Strong planning and communication skills
  • Completed or undertaking technical education from an accredited course of study in Information Technology/Computer Science (e.g. Bachelor) or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience.
