The opportunity

We are seeking a talented TM1/Planning Analytics Developer located in Brisbane. This role is a key development member responsible for design, build, testing, training, deployment, support and maintenance of the Financial Forecasting System. 

Responsibilities:

  • Support and maintain the existing models while always looking for ways to improve or enhance its capability.
  • Apply best practice methodologies in the building and maintaining of the Cognos TM1/Planning Analytics solution.
  • Build robust, fit for purpose solutions and assist users with the use of TM1/Planning Analytics applications.
  • Partner with the business to understand system requirements and offer fit-for-purpose solutions. 

Experience/Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in the area of Finance and/or IT.
  • Working and current familiarity with all areas of the Cognos TM1/Planning Analytics tool.
  • Minimum 2 years' developer experience with TM1/Planning Analytics.
  • Ability to interpret, collaborate, guide and communicate business finance functional concepts in support of TM1/Planning Analytics.
  • Experience with TM1Py, PL/SQL and/or Apliqo UX would be considered favourably.
