The opportunity

We are seeking talented Project Management Specialists to join our Australian E-7A Wedgetail Development Team. We are looking for a motivated individual to work across a diverse range of technically complex projects overseeing design, development, build and integration of world leading products on the RAAF E-7A Wedgetail. You will be responsible for providing consolidated project management oversight through planning, monitoring and controlling practices alongside engineering delivery teams.

Responsibilities:

• Development of proposals, contract change proposal, statement of works and schedules
• Provide effective data and options analysis to support decision making for block related projects
• Provide internal reporting on the current status of the block's performance including Earned Value
• Track and analyse work packages for engineering, maintenance, training and logistics teams.
• Integrate key stakeholders including sub-contractors, ensuring an understanding of their responsibilities and deliverables 
• Assess, identify and management of project Risk, Issues and Opportunities
• Contribute to Project improvement efforts, conducting lessons learnt, working with customer and capabilities

Experience/Qualifications

• 5 years' experience in managing complex projects to successful and timely completion. 
• Demonstrated proficiency in project management areas in accordance with accepted industry project management standards. 
• High level communication and negotiation skills with a strong focus on building successful relationships with a broad range of stakeholders.
• Familiarity with baseline management and engineering change processes.
• Essential to be able to hold a NV1 clearance
