The Opportunity -

In partnership with the ADF and the Commonwealth, Boeing Defence Australia (BDA) provides aircraft maintenance and upgrades, component maintenance solutions, technical support, mission-critical infrastructure support and training on some of the most capable surveillance, command, control, and combat platforms in the world.

BDA is looking for an Office Administrator who will join the Air Combat Electronic Attack (ACEA) Sustainment Program.  This role will suit an energetic administrator, who has good attention to detail and enjoys interacting with others.  You will be the first point of contact to those visiting the ACEA program office.

This role is based 100% onsite at RAAF Base Amberley, Brisbane.

As an Office Administrator within BDA, you will

  • Reception duties including meeting visitors and accepting deliveries, checking badges and security clearances to enter building and notifying points of contact for visitors
  • Booking meeting rooms, managing the availability of meeting rooms and coordinating with the customer for the availability of meeting rooms
  • Administration support including meeting and note taking support, travel booking, assist in reconciling corporate credit card charges, raising purchase orders, maintaining administration supplies
  • Other adhoc administration duties across the program as required.


About you

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Be familiar with Microsoft Office suite
  • A high level of communication and organisational skills.
  • A high level of attention to detail.


Applicants must be Australian Citizens to meet Defence security requirements.  Must obtain a minimum of baseline clearance.
